The aim of the study is to look for single nucleotide polymorphism in genes FTO, MC4R and BDNF in obese
people. A large number of evidence suggests a relationship between a wide range of genes and obesity of these genes (FTO,
MC4R and BDNF) where a number of single-nucleotide polymorphism was studiedof the genes mentioned. A relationship was
confirmed between BDNF rs6265 and obesity and the GG genotype appeared in all obese people, whose DNA was studied while
other genotypes were not shown, while the relationship between the other studied SNPs and obesity was not established that it
was related to obesity in the samples selected for the study.
