In this paper we propose new formula of Uniform-Exponential Distribution
(U_ED) with discussion some of its properties, like the moment generated
function, mean, mode, median , variance , the r-th moment about the mean, the r-
th moment about the origin, reliability, hazard functions, coefficients of variation,
of sekeness and of kurtosis. Finally, we estimate the parameters .
