This Research has been in the human Colleges at the University of Babylon for the academic year (2014-2015). The society consists of teaching humanitarian Colleges at the University of Babylon. The appointed consists of 70 teaching and teaching, and by (39) of the male, and (31) females. They were chosen randomly from the study of class society. The main problem of current research to answer the following question: What personal relationship of educational professionalism when teaching human Colleges at the University of Babylon?
The goal of research is to identify the level of the following:
1. Personal educational teaching the human Colleges at the University of Babylon.
2. professional competence of teaching human Colleges at the University ofBabylon.
3. The relationship between the educational and personal professionalism among humanitarian teaching colleges at the University ofBabylon.
To achieve the objectives of the research, the researcher tools to measure the educational and personal professionalism prepared. After confirming the veracity of tools and Thbathma, a researcher tools were applied to the sample during the period between (5- 26/4/2015). After downloading the data tools. The researcher used the test (Z-test) for one sample, and the Pearson correlation coefficient, and using statistical analysis software (SPSS). The research found a range of outcomes including: Enjoy Tdricio humanitarian colleges at the University of Babylon, a high level of educational and personal professionalism, and a positive relationship (positive) are statistically significant at the level (0.50) between the educational and personal professionalism for teachers, ie, the greater the personal educational level has increased the level of professionalism for teachers. In light of the findings of the researcher it has made a number of recommendations are consistent with the results.
