تقييم النظام الحالي للحوافز والأجور في المنشأة العامة للصناعات النسيجية في الحلة وتحديد النقاط السلبية فيه ومحاولة تطويره بما يخدم المسيرة الإنتاجية في الشركة مستقبلا.

الوصف الكامل (Full Abstract)

Abstract:       This research has been prepared of which aims to evaluation of incentives and wages system in the General Company of Textile Industries in Hilla and to limit the nugatory points in it and try to develop it according to the production course in the weaving company in the future.                                                   In order to satisfy this aim, data collection have been made from information that has been obtained from some literatures about incentives and wages, in addition to other information that has been obtained from field survey for the company, along side collective and personal interviews with qualified specialist, a questionnaire has been composed which had been divided into many topics in order to reach the target of interest.                                   Results of data analysis have shown by using some statistical methods have many defects and weakness in the current system, and it assured the results of field survey which help to reach some developing proposals for the benefit of current incentives and wages system some of these giving maximum criteria grades for which might use generally to pay the staff incentives and particularly to pay machines operators.            The final approach was a bunch of conclusion and recommendations such as; the necessary to prepare an active incentive system(valuable in different fields), through which we can depend on the suitable proposals and to get use from the previous incentive system for the year 2002, because of its high indicated production comparing with instant system.
